I saw Ian who was very friendly and professional. I needed a deep tissue massage on my shoulder however I have pre-existing lower back issues, not only did he perform a massage on the affected area but also on my lower back and gave me extra exercise & physio advice which was extremely helpful, he also did some acupuncture. I had a stiff neck and was only able to turn my head around as a wolf...I had to turn my entire body around. It was fixed in one session. Very good therapists.

I've been to Stable Massage numerous times over the years for remedial massage and have never been disappointed. Respectful staff who listen and then treat accordingly. They also provide stretches and recommendations for further treatment if required.

After our first 45 minute massage ,my shoulders and back feel pain free and relaxed with the tension greatly reduced and my partner Says her back feels amazing and is absolutely stoked with the result.
