I saw Ian who was very friendly and professional. I needed a deep tissue massage on my shoulder however I have pre-existing lower back issues, not only did he perform a massage on the affected area but also on my lower back and gave me extra exercise & physio advice which was extremely helpful, he also did some acupuncture. The pain and symptoms are almost gone and he has helped me dramatically and reduced all of the inflammation.

I have been a regular client of Richie and I wouldn't use anyone else. I've tried several practitioners over the years and no one can provide the same level of service and relief from pain.

This place was awesome. I was suffering with back pain for weeks but after a visit to Stable Massage, my pain is gone completely! I have visited a few therapists before and Stable is definitely one of the best!

Rita was actually amazing, really thorough and lovely. Came away feeling a huge difference in my neck and have continued to feel an improvement thanks to the exercises she gave me. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
