I saw Ian who was very friendly and professional. I needed a deep tissue massage on my shoulder however I have pre-existing lower back issues, not only did he perform a massage on the affected area but also on my lower back and gave me extra exercise & physio advice which was extremely helpful, he also did some acupuncture. Spot on Massage Needed some help with a very stiff back and Charlton at Stable Massage did a fantastic job with remedial massage to loosen things up. Focused on the areas that needed help and was very good at listening to what I needed.

Rita was actually amazing, really thorough and lovely. Came away feeling a huge difference in my neck and have continued to feel an improvement thanks to the exercises she gave me. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
