This place is full of Massage and many other things that you can benefit from.

As you look from the street, this place looks a bit junky but as you walk into the driveway, and through the gravel of a parking lot, you enter into a different world. The steps are lined with plants and the atmosphere changes entirely. Opening the screen door, you walk into this cute little lobby with a reception desk with a super cheery receptionist and the smell of whatever lovely scent is this week/months favourite. The house (and that's what it seems like) is a beautiful old historic mansion. When going back into the rooms (which every single one has quiet please, session in progress) it's literally like a beautiful maze with two beautiful staircases... One that's not in use because I'm guessing it's not safe, but it's still beautiful.

From what I've seen, the staff is more than friendly, they greet you and make you feel welcome and the place is just extremely comfortable. If you haven't been in for a massage, give them a ring. They have spots available all the time and the people coming out seem quite happy about it.... If you need to see a mental health expert then have a look on their site, they have the best of the best there. read less

I saw Ian who was very friendly and professional. I needed a deep tissue massage on my shoulder however I have pre-existing lower back issues, not only did he perform a massage on the affected area but also on my lower back and gave me extra exercise & physio advice which was extremely helpful, he also did some acupuncture. For the last couple of years at least I've been going to Janine every couple of weeks and she really is amazing. She just knows intuitively what you need and will work with your body. You just leave floating.

Stable Massage has a very relaxing atmosphere and everyone I talked to was really friendly. Rita was really helpful and explained every step of the treatment. She also gave me some exercises to do at home.

Fantastic Massage! Came here for the first time for a very knotted upper body. The massage and dry needling was very effective treatment for my condition and the staff are wonderful and easy to deal with.

First experience with Rita at Prahran and it was great! Very friendly welcome and Rita knee exactly what my body needed. Will be coming back!

Rita was actually amazing, really thorough and lovely. Came away feeling a huge difference in my neck and have continued to feel an improvement thanks to the exercises she gave me. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
