I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist with a special interest in plant-based (vegan and vegetarian) nutrition.

Lucy Taylor - Clinical NutritionistI specialise in whole food plant-based diets, which processed fresh fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds in as close to their natural state as possible, as nature intended. This dietary style is associated with a reduced risk of developing numerous chronic diseases, including Type 2 Diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure, and can be used a therapeutic tool for patients with pre-existing conditions. It is also the most effective dietary tool in my clinical experience for easy, sustainable weight loss.

I have extensive clinical experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy including the management of food intolerances (such as IBS and the low FODMAPs approach, and food chemical sensitivity), PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and weight maintenance.
