Perfect description as I have been seeing Ian regularly for the past year and am so impressed with his professional and positive approach. His regular treatments being a mixture of dry needling (painful but effective), remedial massage and providing valuable exercises which have helped me drastically.

Also for the past 9 months of pregnancy have appreciated the continued remedial massages provided with the bump pillow provided (heaven to lie on stomach) which has kept the expected aches and pains of pregnancy at bay and made it an enjoyable experience!

I needed a deep tissue massage on my shoulder however I have pre-existing lower back issues, not only did he perform a massage on the affected area but also on my lower back and gave me extra exercise & physio advice which was extremely helpful, he also did some acupuncture. Great pregnancy massage from Satoru, each treatment has been thoroughly enjoyable and I've left feeling far better than when I arrived. He is very attentive in making sure I was always comfortable and the pressure of the massage was suitable.
