I saw Ian who was very friendly and professional. I needed a deep tissue massage on my shoulder however I have pre-existing lower back issues, not only did he perform a massage on the affected area but also on my lower back and gave me extra exercise & physio advice which was extremely helpful, he also did some acupuncture. After our first 45 minute massage ,my shoulders and back feel pain free and relaxed with the tension greatly reduced and my partner Says her back feels amazing and is absolutely stoked with the result.
